It’s time to grab your camera or your smartphone, find your creativity, and get OUTSIDE!

At OiL 4 Wales we want YOU – our customers, our community, everybody – in Wales to get outside!

We are launching our summer #OptOutdoors4Wales photography competition on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. It’s simple – get outside in Wales, get snapping, and share the result with us.

We don’t mind if you’re a fully fledged professional or just love taking snaps on your phone.

What you WIN:

TOP PRIZE: We are giving away a pair of hiking boots worth over £100 from Welsh Outdoor Shop Up and Under!

Our first prize winner will be given a choice between a different selection of hiking boots.

RUNNERS UP: our two runners up will win a Lowe Alpine Ignite 15 Daypack each, in a colour choice of black or berry.

How to Enter

#OptOutdoors4Wales will run across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Your photo MUST have been taken in Wales in May or June 2019.

Entries are unlimited, so get photographing, posting, and tagging!

The competition will run from today (10th May 2019) until midnight 30th June 2019.

How will the winners be chosen?

If you’re Welsh you will know who Gareth Wyn Jones is. Gareth is one of our ambassadors, and he is always outdoors! He will be judging your photos and choosing the winners.

Gareth will be choosing the photos he feels best showcase the Welsh outdoors, so keep that in mind!
