We have had to suspend all online orders at present so you will need to call or email us to order your heating oil. Due to unprecedented demand, we are currently only able to accept orders from our regular customers and the current lead time for deliveries is 4-5 weeks.

Due to the lead time and the current pricing fluctuation, we are unable to supply quotes for heating oil as we can not predict what the price will be on your delivery date. Although we are not able to provide exact prices and delivery dates at the time of ordering, we will confirm a rough lead time and we will call you the day before your delivery is scheduled to confirm the price and take payment.

Our staff are working as hard as they can to answer calls and queries, but the phones are ringing constantly. We can’t currently answer every call and email replies are taking longer than usual.
